Yaroslav Shkvorets Yaroslav Shkvorets graduated from National Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev with a Master's Degree in Law and a Master's Degree in Translation with high honors. He also holds LL.M. in French, European and International Commercial Law from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. During his career, Mr. Shkvorets has worked as a specialist in the State Committee of Housing of Ukraine, the Information and Analysis Office of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, and also worked in private practice, advising on corporate, labor, and real estate law. Mr. Shkvorets is admitted to the Ukrainian Bar. Mr. Shkvorets' current areas of practice include corporate (company registrations, advising on corporate administration and labor law issues), real-estate and construction law (obtaining licenses, analysis of real property ownership rights), labor, residence, and tax matters for foreign employees (including obtaining employment permits, visa and residence permit matters, tax advice), consumer protection law and product compliance (medical, cosmetic and other products and services). Mr. Shkvorets has special expertise in the energy and oil & gas sector and is a member of our Energy Team. Mr. Shkvorets acted as a Rights Protection Program Volunteer during the Euro-2012 Football Cup in Kiev. Mr. Shkvorets also pursues his linguistic career by translating legal publications. Mr. Shkvorets is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, French, English, and has a working knowledge of Romanian and German.
