Olga Nevmerzhytska Olga Nevmerzhytska graduated with honors from Ukraine's Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy. Her career spans more than a decade of work in positions of a specialist for the Arbitration Court, in-house counsel for a metals manufacturer, Head of Legal Office for a maintenance services provider, and various of-counsel positions. Immediately prior to joining RULG, Ms. Nevmerzhytska served as General Counsel for the major Ukrainian bank. Ms. Nevmerzhytska practices primarily in the spheres of commercial law, tax law, financial services, public procurement, compliance/anticorruption and IP. She has special expertise in the energy and oil & gas sector and is a member of our Energy Team. She also has extensive experience in the fields of labor and real estate law, healthcare sector, insurance and banking, antimonopoly legislation, and possesses litigation experience having represented the interests of legal entities before commercial and administrative courts, as well as courts of general jurisdiction. While working for RULG, Ms. Nevmerzhytska participated in a number of M&A projects. In particular, she led a group of attorneys who conducted due-diligence on a major metallurgical corporation. Ms. Nevmerzhytska is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, and has a working knowledge of English.
