• A law degree from a major institute or law faculty of a major university in Russia or Ukraine;
• Proficiency in written English;
• Experience as a lawyer with a private law firm, private enterprise or state body;
• A proven ability to think creatively and research legal issues;
• Proven writing skills;
• The ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a team.
