Viktoriia Osypova Viktoriia Osypova graduated from the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with a Master's Degree in International Law and was awarded qualification of International Lawyer and Translator. Viktoriia was active in student conferences, and was a participant of the Summer School "Security in Danger" in June 2014, which was organized by Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Ukraine together with the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. She is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
