UNIAN News Agency publishes Dr. Irina Paliashvili and Ms. Tamara Lukanina's article on licensing regime for use of subsoil in Ukraine in 2007.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine adopted a decision to apply sanctions against companies imitating "Whiskas" and "Pedigree" pet food products manufactured by world-known "Mars Incorporated" (USA).
