At VMP Mr Ermolenko focused on cross-border M&A transactions and competition practice. He advised foreign parties in major acquisitions in the Belarusian retail, telecom and banking sectors, and also consulted international clients on ongoing matters of antimonopoly compliance such as merger control, anti-competitive agreements and price arrangements. Mr Ermolenko graduated from the International Law Department of Belarusian State University and was qualified as a business lawyer.
