Tatiana Emelianova heads VMP's Mergers and Acquisitions practice. She is also active in Banking and Finance and Intellectual Property.

In the Mergers and Acquisitions and Banking and Finance practice areas Tatiana specializes in advising foreign clients on business transactions in Belarus. Recently she has provided advice to a number of multi-national corporations, banks and investments funds in relation to acquisitions in the banking, insurance, telecommunications and food industries. Ms Emelianova has represented clients in the largest Belorussian privatization deals in 2008 and 2009. For several years, VMP's Banking & Finance team headed by Ms. Emelianova has been a market leader as counsel on financial transactions made between foreign finance institutions and Belarusian companies.

Ms Emelianova is a member of the Belarusian Association of Business Lawyers and a member of International Bar Association.
