Prior to joining Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners in 2005, Ms. Korosteleva held a number of executive positions with large Russian organizations, and headed the legal department of Eurocement OJSC.

As member of Regulatory Department at Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners, Ms. Korosteleva routinely acts as a legal consultant while pronouncing judgments and developing the regulatory-legal and legislative base for different directions of state policy, including competition and antitrust, strategic investments, and energy and natural resources.

Ms. Korosteleva is regularly consulted by the Federal Antitrust Service and advises on a wide range of regulations in the field of antitrust legislation, including the current Law On Protection of Competition and many other antitrust regulations.

She also has considerable previous experience of advising on corporate law issues and Russian and international M&A deals.

Ms. Korosteleva's regulatory experience in the field of antitrust and strategic investments includes the following key laws:

• Federal Law On the Protection of Competition.
• Federal Law On Strategic Investments.
• Regulation of the RF Government On General Exclusions with Respect to "Vertical Agreements.
• Amendments to the Federal Laws On the Protection of Competition and On Strategic Investments.

Ms. Korosteleva graduated from the Law School of the Krasnoyarsk State University and Federal Tax Academy; she also completed a course on business law in the International Law Institute, Washington D.C., USA.
