Ms. Kamala Khalilova joined FINA LLP in August 2007.

Ms. Khalilova specializes in M&A, Incorporation, Tax, Finance, Banking and Commerce and other economics related issues. Ms. Khalilova participated in various investment and technical support projects carried out in Azerbaijan that were financed by different international financial institutions and organizations such as the European Commission's TACIS Program, EBRD, World Bank, USAID, etc.

Born in 1970, Ms. Khalilova studied economics and law at Baku State institute of Economics and the Law faculty of Baku University. Ms Khalilkova speaks Azeri (native), Russian, English, and Turkish.
