• Developed substantial experience in preparation of international business contracts and in advising foreign businessmen on Russian customs law and foreign currency regulations.
• Assisted foreign investors in transactions involving purchase, lease, and mortgage of real property in Russia.
• Has substantial experience in preparation of due diligence reports.
• Represented foreign companies and individuals in Russian courts, including product liability cases, labor disputes, disputes concerning real property, and disputes related to actions of Russian state bodies.
