Liliya Vlasova is PhD in law, the founder of the first private legal practice in Belarus (1990), Chairlady of Belarusian Public Association of Commercial Lawyers; Member of the Central Council of National Lawyers Association; Member of the Methodological Council on the State Registration of Juridical Persons under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus; Member of the Consultative Council on Foreign Investments of the Government of the Republic of Belarus.

Liliya Vlasova is included in the list of arbitrators of the International Arbitration Court at the Belarusian CCI and in the list of mediators of the CIS Economic Court.

Dr. Vlasova is awarded by the highest prize of Cooperation of Lawyers of the Republic of Belarus “Femida”.
