Practice concentration
Partner and head of the Russia and CIS practice of NCTM, the largest Italian law firm with more than
300 lawyers and with offices in Milan, Rome, Verona, London and Brussels.
His practice is mainly concentrated in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate transactions and commercial contracts, both domestic and international. He regularly represents purchasers and sellers in private mergers, acquisition investments in diverse industries and market segments.

Professional experience
- Joined NCTM in 1995 and became partner in 2001
- Worked as visiting foreign lawyer at the laws firms of Theodore Goddard (now Addleshaw Goddard),
London (August-September 1993) and Zeyen Beghin Feider (now Allen & Overy), Luxembourg
(January-April 1994)
- Seconded as international lawyer at Simpson Thacher Bartlett, New York (March-December 2004)
